Que le conflit ou le conflit potentiel implique un int\u00e9r\u00eat financier, une relation personnelle ou une activit\u00e9 ext\u00e9rieure, nous devons le d\u00e9clarer imm\u00e9diatement. <\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\">Parfois, les conflits d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eats sont \u00e9vidents, tandis que d\u2019autres le sont moins. Nous avons des politiques, des processus, des formations et d\u2019autres ressources disponibles pour aider les employ\u00e9s \u00e0 comprendre si une relation, un int\u00e9r\u00eat ou une
