entreprises et m\u00eame certains pays. Insmed n\u2019exp\u00e9die pas de produits ou de technologies, et ne transf\u00e8re pas certaines donn\u00e9es sensibles vers des pays sanctionn\u00e9s, et ne traite pas non plus avec des entit\u00e9s ou personnes sanctionn\u00e9es sans licence appropri\u00e9e ou tel que permis par la loi en vigueur. <\/p><h3>Les contr\u00f4les \u00e0 l\u2019exportation<\/h3><p>Les contr\u00f4les \u00e0 l\u2019exportation sont des lois qui restreignent l\u2019exportation de certaines technologies et informations sans licence appropri\u00e9e. Nous examinons toutes les exigences en mati\u00e8re de licences avant d\u2019exporter des produits et des technologies. <\/p><h3>Les lois anti-boycott<\/h3><p>Les lois anti-boycott sont des lois qui interdisent aux soci\u00e9t\u00e9s am\u00e9ricaines et \u00e0 leurs filiales de participer ou de coop\u00e9rer \u00e0 tout boycott international (en refusant de faire des affaires avec une certaine personne, soci\u00e9t\u00e9 ou pays).
