How we do it
- We incorporate community impact into our day-to-day operations, with giveback activities regularly integrated into company meetings and events.
- We encourage employees to participate in Insmed-led volunteer activities such as Global Day of Good and employee-led activities such as Insmed Cares events.
- We offer a matching gift program that enables employees to double their contributions to the causes they care about.
- We promote the importance of human rights with one another and with all business partners with whom we interact.
- We respect fair labor laws, including prohibitions against child labor.
- We comply with all applicable environmental laws, regulations, and permit requirements, and we strive to go beyond compliance wherever possible.
- We work to reduce or eliminate toxic and hazardous emissions, releases, and waste; to improve energy efficiency across our operations; and to minimize our impact on water resources.
- We lay out our expectations for our suppliers for ethical business conduct, human rights and responsible labor practices, environmental health and safety, and quality and risk management in our Supplier Code of Conduct.
