Workplace Safety
Providing our employees with a safe and healthy place to work is a top priority for Insmed and is critical to maintaining a thriving and innovative culture. We regularly improve our health and safety programs, which are designed to comply with regulations in our regions of operation.
How we do it
- We maintain smoke-free, weapon-free facilities for all Insmed locations.
- We require employees to comply with all building security procedures at all times.
- We do not permit the use of alcohol at work, except at Insmed-sanctioned events where alcohol may be provided; in such instances, we encourage employees to exercise sound judgement and act responsibly.
- We prohibit the use, possession, sale, consumption, or being under the influence of illegal drugs or marijuana on company premises, while using a company vehicle, and during work hours.
Report any suspicious activity, safety issues, or injuries immediately to your supervisor, HR Business Partner, or Facilities at Facilities@insmed.com.
