What happens if I speak up?

We review all reports promptly and objectively to determine if a violation has occurred. Investigators will keep information confidential to the extent possible while conducting a thorough investigation into the alleged misconduct. After a thorough investigation, we take prompt disciplinary or corrective action when appropriate to address the root cause of the misconduct.

We may not be able to share the full details or outcome of an investigation with the person who made the report, but we will do our best to share that we have investigated the matter and have taken corrective action, if it was warranted.

We don’t tolerate retaliation—period

We support colleagues who report misconduct, seek advice, or participate in an investigation, and we strictly prohibit retaliation of any kind. Any act of retaliation will result in appropriate disciplinary action.

We expect everyone to operate in good faith

Reports should be truthful and comprehensive, never false or misleading. If you’re asked to provide information about a report, you must do so honestly and straightforwardly. Anyone involved in investigating the misconduct will also act in good faith.
